Answer: Take your vehicle to the garage on the date and time you selected. Then, once the work is complete, you'll need to pay the garage directly.

Q2 I no longer need my service, repair, or MOT. What should I do?

Answer: Once you've booked your service, repair, or MOT, you can manage your booking and make cancellations directly on the FixMyCar site.

Q3 The website for finding a garage isn't working. What should I do?

Answer: If the website isn't working, please get in touch with FixMyCar.

Q4 I'm not happy with the service. Who do I speak with?

Answer: You can leave a review on the FixMyCar website. Or, you can get in touch with the garage itself. You'll be emailed their details when you make your booking. If you don't get a response you're happy with, then please contact the customer service team at FixMyCar to follow up.
